How to maintain the mini tiller
1. Daily maintenance (Before work and after work in each day)
①Listen and observe whether there is abnormal phenomenon of each part( such as abnormal sound, overheat and bolt looseness).
② Check whether there is oil leakage in the gasoline engine and transmission case.
③Check whether the oil level of gasoline engine and transmission case are between the upper and lower line of the oil level indicator.
④Clean in time the dirt, weeds and oil stain on the mini tiller and its parts.
⑤ Fill in the tilling records.
2. First-class maintenance (working for every 150 hours)
① Do all the work of daily maintenance.
②Clean the transmission box and replace engine oil.
③Check and adjust the clutch, gear shifting system and reverse gear system.
3. Second-class maintenance (working for every 800 hours)
① Do all the work of first-class maintenance.
② Check all the gears and bearings, and replace new ones if they are seriously worn.
③ If other parts of the mini tiller such as rotary tilling blade or connecting bolt are damaged, please replace new ones.
4. Technical maintenance (working for every 1500-2000 hours)
① disassemble the whole machine, clean and check it in the local authorized service station. For the parts that are severely worn, they must be replaced or repaired where appropriate.
②Ask the professional maintenance staff to check friction plate and clutch.
5. For the maintenance of gasoline engine, please undertake according to its instruction manual.
